About Us

Offering pleasant B&B accommodation, a cafe, tea rooms and more in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire

Set on the doorstep of the beautiful village of Holmfirth, West Yorkshire, Corn Loft Guest House is a hidden treasure waiting to be discovered. Our bed and breakfast features five guest rooms, each with its own unique character, a roomy guest lounge with a large TV and two dining rooms. When the weather is fine, our patio, complete with barbecue, offers the perfect space for outdoor dining. All rooms feature central heating and double glazing, ensuring a comfortable stay whatever the weather!

What sets us apart from the usual chain hotel is the building's charming, quirky interior; we have a number of props from the much-loved BBC sitcom 'Last of the Summer Wine' on display, in addition to an assortment of tea pots, ceramics, collectibles and other interesting trinkets.

We also offer more than just B & B accommodation. Here at the Corn Loft Guest House in West Yorkshire, we have a function room, traditional tea room and a cafe with regular coffee mornings and homemade cakes... What more could you ask for?

The picturesque scenery makes the area a popular choice for TV and film crews, so smile and wave if you spot a camera! The long-running BBC show 'Last of the Summer Wine' was filmed here for more than 30 years and the final resting place of Bill Owen (who played Compo, the show's most-loved character) is nearby.

Free Wi-Fi is available for guests in need of their social networking fix!

We also have cycle repair facilities and an electric car charging station.
